Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans get changed. To avoid cancellation fees please be aware of our cancellation policies.

Deposits:

For all boarding stays, a 50% deposit is required upon booking.
Your deposit will be refunded, less the credit card fee, if the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours before the first night's stay (excluding Holidays/Spring Break).
Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours of your reservation results in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Holidays/ Spring Break

For stays during Holidays and Spring Break, deposits will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the boarding stay's commencement. Deposits for reservations cancelled between 7 days and 72 hours will be refunded to store credit less the credit card fee.
Failure to cancel prior to 72 hours of your reservation results in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Please note: All Holiday/Spring Break stays require a minimum stay of 4 nights.

- March 14-23, 2025
- May 23-26, 2025
- July 4-7, 2025
- Aug 29- Sept 2, 2025
